The following information is extracted from pages originally developed by us for Cancer Care Ontario’s Program in Evidence-based Care (CCO PEBC), and posted on their website from 1999 to 2003.   The CCO PEBC web site, has been re-focused on Practice Guidelines, and is a recommended source of guideline information.

Links were checked in November and December 2005 and updated as needed. Oncology references and websites will be maintained in this archive, and added to by reader request. General evidence-based care management tool references and web links are now moved to EBCM (Evidence-Based Care Mgnt).
