NANCY PAYNE

Nancy, Research Partner, has extensive recruiting/research experience and has offered executive research services primarily to the executive search industry through her firm Payne Associates since 1989. In addition to her search experience, she has held positions in both sales and divisional management.

Prior experience includes Drake Recruiting Systems where she was responsible for the startup of this (then) new division of Drake International.  The Chairman gave Nancy the opportunity to act on her initiative for Drake International to offer  ‘A La Carte’ recruiting services on a fee-for-service basis.  She initially joined in the Drake Recruitment Advertising division marketing recruitment advertising services.

Prior to Drake, Nancy was a Research Associate with The Caldwell Partners International based out of the Toronto office. Research responsibilities included all candidate development, identifying and attracting qualified candidates to the interview through targeting organizations and potential candidates within those organizations, as well generating referrals from industry sources.  In addition, she held a management role with responsibility for hiring and training research staff.

Nancy has a degree in Administrative Studies from Ryerson Polytechnical University, and is a member of the Research Roundtable, a research association based in New York.
