Communication Strategy
Worked with a federal government entity in financial services, developing a
3-year strategy for communicating their mission to the public. The strategy
began with the identification of target groups based on group size, analysis
of awareness patterns, literacy levels, financial need and risk of financial
losses. An analysis of daily activities and media usage habits was used to
identify methods of reaching the target groups. The work is now moving into
development of targeted messages and delivery strategies.
Maximizing Value: Valuation issues and their
Impact on M&A Strategies for the North American
Market
Worked with the principals of a boutique
investment banking company to design, develop
and produce a compelling seminar on the subject
of valuation to assist the client in its
business development and marketing initiatives.
The event was organized, staged, and managed at
a leading venue in Toronto’s downtown.
The X-Factor – Export Financing Strategies for
Independent Business
Worked with the sponsor to design, research,
write and produce a multimedia seminar on export
financing for bankers across Canada. In
conjunction with the Canadian Bankers
Association and Canada’s Export Development
Corporation, the seminar provided audiences with
a multi-disciplinary perspective of how to grow
your business through exporting to the global
marketplace.
Branching Out – Deregulation in Canada’s
Financial Services Industry
Worked with the Canadian Bankers Association’s
Institute of Canadian Bankers to develop a
seminar on industry deregulation – the
dismantling of the four pillars – that was
presented to bankers in communities across
Canada.
